The Sea Watch charges a $40 Non-Refundable Parking Fee at Check-in to park in the Parking Garage. Parking for 1 car only is guaranteed, but if space is available, a 2nd car can be parked in the covered garage.

Sea Watch

Escape to the luxury of one of Ocean City's finest condominium complexes. The Sea Watch is conveniently located on 115th St and Coastal Highway on the oceanfront near shopping, restaurants, movie theater and of course the beach. In addition, there are maintenance personnel and security available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

   

2 Bedroom, 2 Bath plus Den Unit

This 2 bedroom plus den, two bath unit sleeps 8 and is equipped with a full kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, central air, 4 TV's, VCR, DVD players, and Premium Cable including 5 HBO, 4 Starz, and 2 Encore stations. The den has been converted into a private sleeping area.

The Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen, and Den have a Ceramic Tile Flooring. Both Bedrooms have carpeting on the floors.

New for 2012, the sliding glass doors leading to the balcony have been replaced.

 Amenities include an indoor and outdoor pool, 3 lighted tennis courts, a well-equipped children's playground, game room, exercise room, billiard room, sauna, shops and a serene courtyard. A secure garage with 24-hour staffing guarantees parking for one car per unit and if space is available, a 2nd car can be parked in the covered garage.
